The future is already outside your office window.

Clinical Radar sorts your caseload every morning and tells you who needs you and exactly why. In plain language. No black box.

A supervisor once told me it wasn't the clinic's job to know who was on my caseload. It was mine. I thought that was a terrible way to run a clinic, so I built Clinical Radar to make it the clinic's job too.

HOW IT WORKS

Your morning, already sorted.

  1. You add what you already track

PHQ-9, GAD-7, appointments and no-shows. A few minutes per client, and the sorting does the rest.

  2. It sorts by who needs you

Reach out today, this week, or steady. The people who are slipping rise to the top on their own.

  3. It tells you why, in plain words

Every client carries a reason you can read in a second, and every score shows the inputs behind it.

How patient information is handled

Clinical Radar keeps patient identifiers apart from the caseload data. Names, dates of birth, contact details and clinical notes are stored in a private, encrypted database in Amazon Web Services, under a signed Business Associate Agreement.

The database has no public address. The app reaches it only through a signed, access-controlled connection, and every request is limited to the practice making it.

The caseload view uses scores and scheduling details that are stored separately from identifiers.

If your practice needs a Business Associate Agreement, contact us before you enter client information.

The door is open. Step through.

Leave your work email and I will reach out personally to set up a 20 minute walkthrough of Clinical Radar.
