Terms of Service
Last updated 9 September 2026
These terms are the agreement between your practice and Omniveil Health Solutions LLC, a Missouri limited liability company based in Kansas City, Missouri (“Omniveil”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of Clinical Radar. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Clinical Radar is
Clinical Radar ranks the clients on your caseload by an urgency score built from information you enter — assessment scores, how long it has been since the last session, missed appointments, whether an appointment is scheduled, and whether you have set a risk flag. The score is a way of ordering a list so the person who most needs attention is easy to find.
What Clinical Radar is not
It is not a medical device, and it does not practice medicine or provide clinical advice. The urgency score is arithmetic on data you supplied. It does not diagnose, it does not predict risk of harm, and it is not a substitute for your own clinical judgment, your supervision structure, or your crisis protocols. It is not a monitoring or alerting service: nobody at Omniveil is watching your caseload, and a high score does not notify anyone. Never rely on Clinical Radar to decide whether a person is safe. If someone is in danger, follow your clinical and legal obligations exactly as you would without this software.
Your account and your practice
When you sign up, we create a practice and make you its admin. An admin can invite colleagues by email, choose whether each is an admin or a clinician, and manage billing. Everyone you invite joins your practice and sees only your practice’s data.
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure, for who you invite, and for removing people who leave. Tell us at team@omniveil.health if you believe an account has been accessed by someone who should not have it.
Your responsibilities for client information
Your practice — not Omniveil — is the health care provider responsible for the client information you enter. You agree that you have the authority to enter it, that you will use Clinical Radar consistently with your own legal and professional obligations, and that you will not enter information about anyone who is not your client. If your practice requires a Business Associate Agreement before using Clinical Radar, contact us at team@omniveil.health before you enter any client information. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Trial and billing
Every new practice gets a 14-day free trial. We do not ask for a card to start it, and nothing is charged when it ends — your practice simply loses access until an admin subscribes.
After the trial, Clinical Radar is billed monthly per practice, in advance, at the price shown at checkout. Payments are handled by Stripe. You can cancel at any time, and you can request a refund within 30 days — the details are in our Refund Policy.
Availability
We work to keep Clinical Radar available, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. It depends on providers we do not control, and we may take it down for maintenance. Because of that, do not make Clinical Radar the only place any information you need exists — your clinical record belongs in your record system.
Ending your account
You may stop using Clinical Radar and cancel your subscription whenever you like. We may suspend or end an account that is being used unlawfully, that is not paid for, or that puts other customers at risk. If we do that, we will tell you at the email address on the account and give you a reasonable chance to export your data first.
Limits on our liability
Clinical Radar is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, Omniveil is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost profits, or for clinical decisions made by you or anyone at your practice. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what your practice paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will email the admins on your practice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Clinical Radar after that means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, and any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri.
