Refund Policy

Last updated 9 September 2026

Clinical Radar is sold by Omniveil Health Solutions LLC, Kansas City, Missouri. We would rather give you your money back than keep a payment from a practice that is not getting value from the software.

Start with the free trial

Every new practice gets 14 days free. We do not ask for a card to start the trial, and nothing is charged when it ends. If you do nothing, your practice simply loses access — there is no bill and nothing to cancel.

How billing works

After the trial, Clinical Radar is billed monthly per practice, in advance, at the price shown at checkout. Your card is charged on the same day each month until you cancel. Only an admin can subscribe or change billing.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time, from the Billing page in the app — no email required, no notice period, and nobody will try to talk you out of it. Your practice keeps access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again after that.

Refunds

If you ask within 30 days of a charge, we will refund it. Email team@omniveil.health from the address on the account and say which charge you mean. You do not have to give a reason.

  • We process refunds within 5 business days of your request.
  • The money goes back to the card that paid, and your bank usually posts it within another 5 to 10 business days.
  • A refund ends the subscription for that period. Tell us if you would rather keep access for the remainder — we can do that instead.

Outside the 30 days, write to us anyway. If the software was broken, unavailable, or charged you in a way you did not expect, we will make it right rather than point at this page.

Your data after you cancel

Cancelling stops the billing; it does not immediately erase your practice. Ask us at team@omniveil.health and we will export your data for you, delete it, or both. See our Privacy Policy for what we hold and where.
