Privacy Policy
Last updated 9 September 2026
Clinical Radar is made by Omniveil Health Solutions LLC, Kansas City, Missouri. This policy explains what the software stores, where it stores it, and who can see it. It is written to be read by a clinician, not a lawyer.
Two kinds of information
Clinical Radar deliberately keeps two kinds of information apart, in two separate databases:
- Account information — your email address, your practice name, your role, and your billing status. This is what signs you in and decides what you can see.
- Client information — the people on your caseload. This splits again, and the split is the point of the design.
Where client information lives
Identifying details and clinical notes are not stored in the application database. Names, dates of birth, email addresses, phone numbers and the content of session notes are held in a separate private database that is not connected to the public internet and cannot be reached from a browser at all. The application can only ask for that information through a single signed, audited service that scopes every request to one practice.
What remains in the application database is the non-identifying working data the prioritization needs: assessment scores, the date of the last session, the number of missed appointments, the next appointment, the risk flag, the next action, and a random identifier that links the two halves. Someone who obtained that database would hold scores and dates with no name attached to them.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your information, or your clients’ information, to anyone.
- We do not use client information for advertising.
- We do not use client information to train artificial intelligence models.
- We do not send client information to our payment processor. Stripe receives your practice name, your billing email and an internal practice identifier — never a client’s name or anything about their care.
- We do not write client information into our error logs. When something fails, the system records what failed, not who it happened to.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems — we cannot see them. Stripe handles that information under its own privacy policy.
Who can see your data
- Practice boundary. Every request is scoped to one practice. No practice can see another practice’s data.
- Inside a practice. A clinician sees the clients assigned to them. An admin, who owns the practice, sees the whole practice.
- Omniveil staff. A small number of our own staff can reach operational systems in order to keep the service running and to help you when you ask. We access client information only when it is necessary to resolve a problem you have raised.
Cookies
Clinical Radar sets one kind of cookie: the one that keeps you signed in. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. The sign-in cookie is marked so that it still works when Clinical Radar is docked in the Chrome side panel next to your record system, which is a different browsing context — without that, signing in from the side panel would silently fail.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep your information for as long as your practice has an account. When you cancel, tell us at team@omniveil.health if you want your data exported or deleted, and we will do it. Deleting a client from your caseload removes their identifying details and their notes from the private database as well, not just from the list you see.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a copy of your practice’s data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to team@omniveil.health and we will respond.
Business Associate Agreements
If your practice needs a Business Associate Agreement in place before you enter client information, contact us at team@omniveil.health and we will handle it directly with you.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that materially affects you, we will email the admins on your practice before the change takes effect.
